Multi-Faith Networking Zone

The Multi-Faith Networking Zone will be located in the Global Village at the IAC in Vienna. The Global Village is open to the general public as well as IAC participants and is expected to attract thousands of visitors each day.

By featuring a diverse daily program of panel discussions, presentations, prayers, music and resource materials, the Zone will provide a space for faith-based participants to share with one another about their experience of HIV and AIDS, engage in inter-faith dialogue, exchange best practices and foster collaboration. In addition, the Zone will introduce Austrian and international visitors alike to the breadth and depth of faith communities’ work in response to HIV and AIDS around the world. The Zone will be a testament to people working together despite differences of faith and will highlight ways that faith communities can fight stigma and discrimination associated with HIV and AIDS.
